Oddballs Gift Certificates

Terms and Conditions

1. Unless otherwise stated on the card, Gift Certificates are valid for a year from purchase.
2. Gift Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
3. Gift Certificates cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
4. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the Certificate(s), the difference can be made up with a credit card payment and/or Paypal payment. If it is less, then change will be refunded to the Certificate.
5. Gift Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards.
6. Certificates cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event you may not sell the Certificates through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of Certificates by you to a third party.
7. Our Gift Certificates will be dispatched to you with the equivalent monetary value of the amount you have chosen. All Gift Certificates are valid across all of our physical shops, and Oddballs.co.uk.
